二 |     近日，一网民称“现在我们家家都还有猎枪”，引发关注。经公安机关核查，该网民发布的信息系谣言，已依法对其予以行政处罚。　　“现在我们家家都还有猎枪……”网民谷某在微信群爆出虚假“猛料”，引发网民关注。近日，垫江县公安局依法对谷某予以行政处罚。谷某是垫江籍男子，为满足自己的虚荣心，他在某游戏交友群称，“现在我们家家都还有猎枪。”为证明自己说的是真的，谷某吹嘘在今年春节期间，他还拿枪打野生动物。经公安机关核查，谷某发布的信息系谣言。其行为已构成虚构事实扰乱公共秩序，造成不良社会影响。
